Tenancy cleaning tasks

Please find listed below our end of tenancy cleaning task:

Kitchen

  1. Clean all work surfaces, clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards and drawers-disposing of all old food stuff and carrier bags;

  2. Clean inside/outside of oven (subject to condition, this may involve additional charges)

  3. Clean inside/outside microwave;

  4. Wash inside/outside of dishwasher;

  5. Clean inside/outside fridge;

  6. Clean out and/or defrost freezer but leave switched on;

  7. Clean hob/ grill;

  8. Sweep and wash hard surface floors;

  9. Wall tiles to be degreased, cleaned and polished and mould growth if any removed from grout;

  10. Disc ale and clean sink, bins to be cleaned inside out;

  11. Damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frame and radiator.

Bathrooms

  1. Shower screens de-scaled, cleaned and polished, wall tiles degreased, cleaned and polished-removing mould growth between grout if any.

  2. Bath, basin, taps, shower and fittings to be cleaned, all soap and shampoos etc to be removed, mirrors to be cleaned and polished, floors to be washed and sanitised. If carpet floors to be hovered.

Bedrooms

  1. Vacuum and mop (if necessary);

  2. Clean mirrors;

  3. Remove litter;

  4. Remove cobwebs;

  5. Clean windows inside;

  6. Dust and wash window sills and ledges;

  7. Vacuum carpet edges;

  8. Clean inside cupboards and wardrobes.

Living room

  1. Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet edges,

  2. Clean mirrors,

  3. Polish table, Clean and polish all surfaces,

  4. Clean pictures, wipe skirting boards and door frame,

  5. Remove cobwebs;

  6. Clean windows inside;

  7. Dust and wash window sills and window frames;

  8. Remove litters.

Hallway

  1. Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet edges,

  2. Clean mirrors,

  3. Wipe skirting boards and door frames, handrails,

  4. Remove cobwebs.
